Birth Me into Clarity
Birth Me into Existence
Birth Me into Self
Birth Me into All that Is
Birth Me into Freedom
Birth Me into My Enigmatic Self, 
of Love and Compassion.
Most of all, 
Birth Me into My Strength of Self
Knowing That I Am...
Being.

Releasing Negative Energy

Because what the world needs, is people who have come alive."

 
One of the biggest things about accomplishing things in this life is having the desire or will to go get it done whatever that may be. Like most people I come into contact with, I myself have taken on the arduous task of digging through the layers of bull shit (Hurt, Blame, Shame, etc.) that have been taught to me through my child years. As a result of this I sometimes feel that Light inside or that flicker of a Love can be a difficult encouragement to find. This is when I slow down, take 5 minutes and breath. I look inside and find that light grab hold and go for the ride.
You all should try it, where ever you are, relax and take 3 deep breaths while consciously saying either out loud or to yourself, "I release all negative energy of  ___________." fill in the blank with whatever it is that you feel you need to let go, remain quiet for a minute or so and then go inside and find that burning light to help fuel the desire you have to be alive. Use this for anything that you feel you need to let go of, in any instance.Something happens at work, at home, with a friend, with a complete stranger, anything that created a negative feeling. Let Go and Be Free!!! Much Love
